Disclaimer for the Use of the PoMM module of the D4Runoff AI Platform

The PoMM platform is a component of the D4Runoff AI Platform conceived and created in the EU funded D4Runoff research project (d4runoff.eu).

The PoMM platform module, developed by KLINK SRL, is an exploratory decision analysis and simulation system designed to facilitate policymaking through web-based tools and simulations. By using this platform module, users agree to the following terms:

1. No Data Retention

PoMM does not store user data, including uploaded files, configurations, models, simulations, or reports, beyond the duration of the active session. Once the session ends, all data will be permanently deleted from the platform's servers.

2. User Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the user to download and securely save any data, reports, or configurations generated or uploaded during the session. KLINK SRL is not liable for any loss of data due to failure to download or save session outputs.

3. Confidentiality and Security

While the PoMM platform implements standard security measures to protect active session data, users are advised to avoid uploading sensitive or confidential information. KLINK SRL is not responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of data during the session.

4. Limitation of Liability

KLINK SRL disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the POMM platform. Users assume full responsibility for the use of the platform and the decisions made based on its outputs.

5. Service Availability

PoMM is provided "as is" and "as available." KLINK SRL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion.
