Central Policy Issues (CPIs) are the key topics linked to the policy change required to pave the lane to adoption of hNBS for mitigating the effects of CECs in runoff.

D4R CPIs are:

(1) To include hNBSs among recommended/preferred solutions;

(2) To include CECs in monitoring plans,

(3) To develop a pilot CECs management plan with hNBS solutions.
